These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CF Labs, the operator of the Fodes mobile application ("Fodes", "App", "we", "us", or "our").

Fodes is an AI-powered nutrition coaching application that provides:

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or legal guardian permission to use the App and to purchase subscriptions.
You can sign in with your Apple ID (Sign in with Apple) or use the App as a guest with an anonymous session.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Responses from the Nutrition Coach, meal suggestions, and recipes are generated by third-party artificial intelligence models (including models from Anthropic and Google).

A free trial may be offered. Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region.
Subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store.
We do not store or process payment information.
If a free trial is offered:
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will receive notice in accordance with Apple's policies.
The App integrates with third-party providers:
Caltria and Pantral are separate applications with their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Fodes does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.
All AI-generated suggestions, recipes, and nutrition information are provided for informational purposes only.
While the App can take allergies and preferences into account, we do not guarantee:
Users are solely responsible for verifying ingredient safety and consulting qualified professionals if necessary.
