Recipes don't load

Check your internet connection and reopen the app. If it still happens, send a screenshot and your device model.

My subscription isn't recognized

Use the same Apple ID used for purchase and try "Restore Purchases".

Paywall error

This can happen if App Store data hasn't propagated yet. Try again later, or contact support with a screenshot.

Reset onboarding

Reinstalling the app resets onboarding on that device. For a manual reset, contact support.
